Quick & Easy Cancellation (Within 2 Hours)
You can cancel your order free of charge if you contact us within 2 hours of placing it. Simply send us an email at contact@queena-wish.com and we'll be happy to assist you.
Cancellations After 2 Hours
For cancellation requests received after the 2-hour window, a small processing fee of 5% of your order's total value will apply. This helps cover the administrative costs incurred after an order enters our fulfillment system.
Important Note: Once your order begins processing in our warehouse, we are unable to stop or amend it. We work quickly to prepare your items for shipment, so we recommend double-checking your order details before completing your purchase.
