Return and Exchange Policy

 

At Queena Wish, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometime, items may not meet your expectations 100%, and we are here to help facilitate a smooth and convenient return or exchange process.

 

Return and Exchange Conditions

 

Eligibility Window: You can submit a return or exchange request within 7 business days from the order delivery date(For example. The tracking information shows which delivered in 10th,you could request a return & exchange before 18th.). Requests made outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for a return or exchange.

 

Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Products that have been altered or damaged by customers are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start the return or exchange process, please contact our customer service team at contact@queena-wish.com and provide the following information:

Order number,

The name of items you wish to return or exchange

The reason for the return or exchange.

Photos of the items and the attached tags

 

Once you submitted a request email, We will process your return request within 24 hours and provide you with further instructions

 

Note: Our priority solution for returns is gift card and exchange

There are two Return warehouses in the world at present, US and China warehouse. Customers in US could return the items to US warehouse, the customers in other regions need to return the items to China.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your Gift Card will be processed.

 

Exchanges

For exchanges, follow the same process as outlined above. Please specify the item you would like to exchange for in your communication with us. Subject to inventory availability, we will ship your new item once the original item is received and inspected.

 

Final Sale Items: Please note that final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of defective merchandise.

 

Faulty Item: We meticulously inspect each item prior to dispatch to ensure there are no defects. Should you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery. We are committed to your satisfaction and offer the option of a replacement item shipped directly to you at no additional cost. Alternatively, if you prefer not to receive a replacement, we can issue a gift card. Your choice and convenience are paramount to us.
